Terms and Conditions of Engagement with SF Quick Dates
General Provisions
Welcome to SF Quick Dates. Your enrollment in any of our events signifies your unequivocal acceptance of the following terms and conditions. We strongly encourage you to peruse them with meticulous consideration.
Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy
The annulment of an event registration must be undertaken no less than seven days prior to the scheduled event date to warrant a complete reimbursement. Any cancellations effected within the seven-day window preceding the event shall not render eligibility for a refund; instead, a credit for a subsequent event shall be extended. Failure to attend without antecedent notice results in the forfeiture of your ticket and any associated entitlements.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall our liability, in regard to any claim, loss, damage, or expenditure, surpass the sum paid for the event ticket. In no conceivable circumstance shall our liability exceed the ticket price.
Event Cancellation and Rescheduling
In the event that SF Quick Dates elects to cancel an event, a full refund shall be promptly issued. It is imperative to note that this provision does not extend to events that are rescheduled to a subsequent date or venue. In such instances, your registration shall be automatically transferred to the rescheduled event.
Responsibility for Personal Effects
Responsibility for any items misplaced during our events shall not rest upon us but with the event venue. Kindly direct any inquiries concerning lost property directly to the venue.
Feedback and Redressal of Grievances
In the event of a grievance, we earnestly implore you to reach out to us directly to facilitate a resolution. By agreeing to these terms, you undertake not to disseminate grievances on public forums or complaint websites without first affording us the opportunity for amicable resolution.
Participant Conduct and Attendance
Upon participation in our events, you pledge to maintain punctuality and to notify us at least 24 hours in advance in the event of cancellation. Inappropriate conduct, encompassing but not limited to any form of sexual remarks or misconduct, shall result in immediate expulsion from the event. Adherence to our prescribed dress code and the upkeep of a clean and well-groomed appearance is obligatory.
Data Confidentiality and Privacy
We hold your privacy in the highest regard. Your contact information (email and phone number) shall only be disclosed to mutually matched participants. All participants are mandated to submit their matches via our online platform within five days post-event.
Non-Compete Agreement
Participants and competitors are explicitly prohibited from utilizing insights garnered at our events to establish or partake in a similar enterprise or service for a duration of six years, or for the maximum duration permissible by law.
Exclusions and Additional Expenses
It is imperative to note that the ticket price does not encompass provisions for sustenance, beverages, or parking. Any expenditures incurred at the venue, including but not confined to sustenance, libations, and parking fees, are exclusively the responsibility of the attendee.
No Assurances of Outcomes
SF Quick Dates abstains from conducting background investigations on participants. The onus of conducting any such investigations remains squarely with the participant, at their own expense. We extend no guarantees with regard to the outcomes of our events.
Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance
This agreement is governed by the statutes of the state of Texas. Your affirmation of these terms is both obligatory and effective upon your registration for an event.
